Filing New York State Return - the calculated tax is different than one in NYS fill in form

Since we don't file online we transpose the form into the NYS fill-in form and the resulting tax is off $1.  Is your rounding incorrectly favoring the taxpayer while the state forms obviously want it in theirs?

I don't believe either would be considered incorrect.  Some programs round individual boxes and some total and round; all are acceptable within a $1.
