filing in 2 states

I have an LLC that has one investment in NJ. Why does TurboTax want me to file a Pennsylvania state tax return?

This LLC has nothing in PA. There are 12 members, one member, passive and not involved in the LLC management,  has a PA address. Can that be the reason TT wants me to file a PA return?

Is the LLC a Partnership? S Corp? C Corp?  In which state was it formed?
