Filing a business 1065 and need to allocate only some to New York IT-204.

There is a column for "SA" or Special Allocation, but there is NO documentation on how to allocate certain income to just New York via the IT-204 and the rest elsewhere for the K1's generated for New York.

Putting a "1" in that column seems to generate the allocation to outside NY, but there is no documentation.

It also works with any number 1-9, A,B,C [not O or P].

I called support and they had no idea.  (go figure because someone programmed the code and its effect.
