Filing a 540NR

My husband and I live in Texas as of 4/2018. He collects a CALPERS pension and I work remotely for a CA winery. If my W-2 shows no CA income tax withheld, do we need to file a NR Tax Return? Last year we filed a 540 because we lived there for 3 months and sold a house.

If you did not live or work in California during 2019, you do not need to file a California tax return.
