Failure to file state tax

Hello,

I have filed for my federal tax returns for 2020, but I did not file for my state tax for 2020. I wanted to send the state tax filing, and I am sure I was qualified for a refund from the State. what would be the process for that?

Will I have to file the state and federal taxes together for 2020 again, or will I have to amend my 2020 taxes?

If you have download/CD (desktop) TurboTax, open it, click on State taxes then your state.  Complete the return, then print and mail it.  You can no longer e-file it.
