Failed in MA state efile but was charged for the fee

I tired to efile my MA state tax together with federal tax, but I ran into the error like following:

state should not be entered directly on the Massachusetts information worksheet for electronic filin...

I checked both the federal and state InfoWks, the state was "MA". I do not know how to unblock this issue. In addition, I have paid my state efile charge ($26.5). If the efile does not work, how can I get the money back.
