Est Tax Shows zero, will not let me file return

Why does my Est Tax show zero , when I elected to make four payments, prevents me from filing

Did you enter those estimated tax payments in your TurboTax program?  TurboTax only "knows" the information that you enter.  See the TurboTax FAQ linked below for instructions in entering the quarterly estimated tax payments you made during 2019.

Where do I enter my estimated tax payments?
