Error in State Return

I received a letter from the state of Ohio that I had improperly deducted a credit payment for last year. I found that the 1099-G that I entered in the Federal return for my refund from the previous year was auto filled into my state return as a credit payment. I have been using Turbo Tax for years and never had this happen to me. Reminder to everyone to closely review all the calculation forms before filing.
