You have to enter the county that you live in, as there are local taxes that differ by county. There should be choices in a drop down menu when you are in that section for TurboTax.

Yes, the issue was that I did not use Capital Letters and the software would not let me change it. Updates have been made now and there is a drop down list to choose from.
