efiling Hawaii state return

We cannot e-file our Hawaii State tax return.   After submitting our return. we get to the page that reconciles the exempt pensions from my Federal and Hawaii pensions that are exempt from Hawaii Income taxes.   

We placed our Hawaii State file on hold and e-filed our Federal with IRS.   is there are program update that TurboTax needs to update so we can e-file our Hawaii State return.   We already paid the $25 fee to TTax to e-file our Hawaii State return.
