Efile rejection for Kentucky

Turbo Tax support said last Friday that they would have problem fixed by last Saturday. No contact with them by email either. Someone said in forum that they replied they would not fix because it was a state problem. This is not good.

I just spoke to someone from turbotax that said it could be March before it was resolved :(

This isn't a state problem, it never left TurboTax. It's all on TurboTax

Before its fixed, there's no telling how many Kentuckians will be sol. I paid to efile both fed & state. Didn't get the error till done paid🤬🤬

I don't think support understands this is probably impacting everyone who does not use dependent care. I am also trying to get a refund because this software is worthless to me if I am unable to file state.

Why sign up when its clearly no care or priority form Turbo. Its nice its gets you to pay first before telling you super slick. This is holding up my Federal and my State as I file at the same time... Maybe one day you will actually care about your customer and get this fixed.

Maybe you should ask for a refund and take your business and opinions elsewhere.  I've been using TurboTax for well over 20 years, very few problems encountered and all have been resolved quickly.  Apparently you have no understanding of what a programming resolution entails.

I have also received this error.  I do have dependents, but we do not have any dependent care claimed.  We've filed every year without this issue, so it shouldn't be taking this long to correct on their end.
