During final review for state of Kentucky, I received this "Returns that do not have an SSN or EIN for each dependent care provider are not eligible for efile". I don't have any dependent care providers. How do I correct this?

I am having the same issues!what is it
Same problem here. No dependent providers and have thoroughly checked worksheets and forms for errors. I spoke with Ky Dept of Revenue this morning and was told they have many reports of the same error.
I have efiled for many years and this is the first issue like this I've encountered.
As soon as you find out, let us know. It is frustrating.
Our team is working to resolve an error message in some Kentucky state returns which is asking for an EIN for a dependent care provider. Please sign up for notifications in this TurboTax Help article. Notifications Kentucky Error Message EIN
Same problem here!

This e-file rejection for Kentucky is a known issue. Please see this containment article to sign up for updates as to when this will be fixed, Kentucky e-file showing "Not Eligible for Electronic Filing"

The link you shared says "solved", but that is not correct right?
Also it says "some" Kentucky customers are facing this issue. Do you know what type of cases are having this issue?
I have signed up to this, but no updates on this issue so far. Does anyone in the support team know how long it will take to resolve this issue? At least some indication (like days or weeks or months) will help us decide whether to wait or not.
No. It is not solved. Which is highly irritating because they need to take that off of there. It’s confusing everyone.
A few other users have said that they spoke with a representative who told them that it will be resolved around the 10th or 11th. Why in the world it would take that long is beyond me. I started having this Problem last Friday. It seems that people who do NOT have dependents are getting this message. So I’m not sure if people who DO have dependents are having this issue or not.
