How do I get back to city tax return to make a correction

Most local city taxes are addressed within the state interview section of the return.

I recommend going back into the state interview section. 

You will either have to proceed through the questions again or if you have the option, you can select the Taxes and Credits to get back into the Local City Taxes section.  (See the sample summary screen below.)
