E-Filing State Only Count as one of the E-Filings?

I have to mail in the Federal Forms because of an Amendment. I still can E-File the New York State. Will that count against the 5 E-Filings that I'm allowed? I already E-Filed the Federal & State and it was Accepted. But the Federal Amendment needs to be mailed.

With the TurboTax CD/Download software, you can e-file 5 federal returns per IRS regulations. If you have multiple state returns attached to your federal, you can e-file up to 3 of them.
