double pay state tax due to turbotax software problem

Hello, I am a first time Turbotax user and I was led into a trap for my state payment.  On one page, TT offers ways to pay my state of Illinois tax.  I followed the URL provided on the page and paid my tax.  When I went to the next page, it provided a free bank cash method without the credit card fee that I had to pay on the first page.  Now it won't let me advance without paying my state tax AGAIN.  This is a problem with the software.

@davidkulmer If you are certain that your state tax liability has already been paid (you said using a credit card), you should be able to select that you'll MAIL A CHECK to be able to get past the second request for payment method of state taxes due.  Of course, you won't pay a second time.  But the program should be satisfied once you select that form of payment.
