If you are an F1 and need to file for FICA refunds, I assume you have been in the US less than 5 years. As such you need to file a nonresident return (1040NR).
TurboTax does not support nonresident returns however we have a partnership with Sprintax offering a nonresident filing solution to our TurboTax customers.
Visit
the TurboTax/Sprintax site for more info or to get started.
You will need to pay tax on your US stock gains on page 4 of Form 1040NR and the gains will be taxed at a flat rate of 30% or a reduced flat rate under a treaty. Hopefully, the Sprintax site will be able to import your transactions.
