For Federal you will owe about 15% for self employment tax on your Net Profit after expenses in addition to the regular income tax at your tax rate.

It depends on how much money you make from DoorDash. Ohio has exemptions and credits, but

here are Ohio's tax rates for 2020 (the rates are based on your total income, not just DoorDash):

You have also have to pay Ohio School District or local income tax.

Your Door dash income is not taxed in Ohio. You still should file.

Ohio does not tax Schedule C income.

Ohio does tax income from self-employment but allows taxpayers to deduct the first $250,000 of business income included on a US federal income tax return earned by taxpayers filing 'Single' or 'Married filing jointly'; taxpayers who file 'Married filing separately' may deduct the first $125,000.

The point by awesome jwilliams50 is that the deduction will probably wipe out all your DoorDash income, making none of it taxable to Ohio.
