It depends on where you worked. Any money you earn while working in Oregon is taxed by Oregon whether you are a resident or non-resident.

If you worked remotely from another state for an Oregon company, then your company should not have withheld Oregon tax and you can get everything refunded.

If you did a combination — some days worked in Oregon, some days worked remotely — report only the income you earned in Oregon.

Q. Does an Oregon non resident worker get all of the state taxes paid refunded?

A. No.

A non resident is subject to tax on his OR source income.  In particular, a resident of a neighboring state who works in OR is subject to tax on his wages earned in OR.  Your home state will give you a credit, or partial credit, for the tax you paid to OR.  If you are a WA resident, there will be no credit, because there is no WA tax.  But, you don't get a refund from OR.  In other words, living in a state without an income tax does not get you out of paying tax to the work location state.

If you have some other situation, provide more details for a more specific answer.
