Cost for E Filing NC State Tax

I am trying to pay the filing fees - Turbo Tax Tells me the cost is $20.00. However, when I go to pay, the charges show $25 will be charged to my credit card - why the discrepancy?

On March 1 the state e-file fee increased from $20 to $25 for desktop software; the online software fees increased on that date as well. You can avoid the state e-file fee if you print and mail the state return instead of e-filing it when you use the CD/download.
