I finished filling out my Arizona tax return and it shows $100 in contributions, but I never made any kind of donations or anything so where is that coming from? I have tried reviewing my state tax return but it shows that I didn't add anything for donations or contributions.

It is likely carryover from a prior year donation. In the AZ state interview click through to the page titled "Other Nonrefundable credits" and select the "contributions to qualified charities" option. On the next page click the "Claimed a credit in 2020 that carried forward" option. The next page should show any carryovers. If not, use the back button to uncheck all the donation forms.
If the donation credit truly does not apply, you can delete the form AZ Form 321 using the "Delete a Form" function.
