Computing WA state capital gains tax

Hi:

I have capital gains tax that is a little over the 270k deduction. However, Turbotax WA State says I owe 0 tax. Did it compute the capital gains tax and arrive at 0 or did it not do the WA capital gains tax?  It is not clear if it did or did not. I have the Turbotax Premier edition.

TurboTax will only provide a Washington State return to apply for the Washington Working Families Tax Credit, it cannot report your Washington Capital Gains.
