Colorado Return "cannot be filed electronically"

The Federal Review process shows no errors, but the "Select Your Forms for E-filing" page says: "The following return cannot be filed electronically. - Colorado Return"

How can I tell whether this is a problem with the state return itself, with TT Business, or with Colorado?

Colorado forms are not available for e-file in TurboTax Business. You will need to print, sign, and mail in your return.

How about this year? 2024 taxes filed in 2025.
