My electronic Colorado filing was rejected because of a supposed error in Form 1366, Part III. I made the required correction and have tried to file electronically again. TurboTax says that I've already filed and won't let me electronically file again. In the meantime I don't have a filed return. I'm going to paper file, even though Colorado says not to do that, and I'd like to have my $19.95 back.

If you already e-filed your federal return, you have to wait until it is accepted before you will be able to file the state return. What is the status of your federal return?
Federal return was accepted. However my problem has been resolved - I had to delete some irrelevant information that TurboTax had filled in on Form 1366, Part III Section A.
