Colorado Efile not complete in State system

My Coloradp Efile was received by the CO Dept. of Revenue but several required boxes on the state site were not filled in, resulting in the return not being processed and only showing half of the joint TABOR refund.  The problem is that only one of the two Filer Residence fields were showing Full Year residency.  Amending the online form to fill out that field and several other check boxes resulted in the correct refund amount.
