Cannot print or view NJ Partnership Form 1065

I am not able to print or view NJ 1065 partnership form for 2023 tax return.Online link says it is ready for print or efile.

Please clarify if you completed the state section in TurboTax Business and have run the final review. Were there any errors? How are you trying to print the return?

I filed both my state and fed taxes bc my local tax box was "wrong". They both were received 4/8/25, I got my state within weeks, but I am still waiting on my fed. Why??
