Can you help me with your page for tax payments by quarter, one of the blanks is 7/16/2020 - 7/15/2020 Not sure what that means can you clarify?

First quarter payments were delayed until July 15 last year. I think the programmer changed the 4/16/2020 by changing the first number! Oh my! That does look odd, use it for the first quarter payment. The program is working correctly.
