Can't submit my amended taxes using the 2021 TurboTax amend desktop app

Hi,

I'm trying to use the TurboTax Amend 2021 Desktop app. I needed to amend my 2021 return, and I've gotten it all the way through until the "We're ready to file your taxes" page. I understand that I need to submit my federal return via mail, but the application suggests that I can submit my amend for state via the app. However, when I click the continue button, nothing happens. How do I submit my state return? This is for NY.

Please log completely out of TurboTax, then try clearing out your browser's cache stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. You may also want to change browsers, for example, if you are using Chrome, try switching to Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
