can't get live help

How in the world do I get some live help. I have a problem that is not anywhere on any help page. I have the TurboTax Deluxe which I thought said included live help, but when I call the help number, the automated answer asks for my email address and then says they can't find me. That's strange because I get regular marketing emails from Turbo Tax. The actual tax problem is good, but trying to get help is awful.
