I already paid and filed my federal and state tax using Turbo Tax.However, after I completed my tax filing through Turbo tax, I realized that I can't use TurboTax because I'm a non-resident alien and you are not preparing tax forms required for a non resident alien.
So, my first question is..
Can I, as a non resident alien, use Turbo tax to file my federal and state tax return?
If you do not provide service for an non resident alien, would you be able to refund my payment and cancel my federal and state e-filing?

No. TurboTax does not support nonresident tax forms.
Since you have already filed form 1040, you will have to amend ( make corrections) by filing a form 1040-X and attach to the new form 1040NR. Please see below instructions :
To amend Form 1040 to 1040NR-
1. Enter your name, current address, and social security number
(SSN) or IRS individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN) on
the front of Form 1040X.
2. Do not enter any other information on page 1. Also, do not
complete Parts I or II on page 2 of Form 1040X.
3. Enter in Part III the reason why you are filing Form 1040X.
4. Complete a new or corrected form 1040-NR
5. Across the top of the 1040-NR, write-“Amended.”
6. Attach the new or corrected return to the back of Form 1040X
See:
https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040x.pdf - form
https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i1040x.pdf - instructions-page 5 under Residents and Nonresidents.
As a nonresident, you are recommended to use our affiliated partner, Sprintax to complete your 1040-NR filing.
As far as the refund, you will need to contact our support team :
