Can I get a refund from TurboTax if, as a New FL resident, I used Free State tax w/o knowing FL was tax-free, then paid for SC, from which we moved in 2017?

If your software package entitled you to a free state download, you used it on a state you did not want (or need), and then paid for another state, you can get a refund but you will need to contact Customer Support (link below).
