Can I attach form 804 to my TurboTax 2021 Wisconsin State tax form?

I need more info on Reject Code F1-090, I need to attach Form 804 onto my turbotax

You cannot attach the form to your WI return if it is not supported by TurboTax.

You will have to print and mail the return.
