California Tax Return cannot refile

I was told that my CA state tax return was rejected.

I went through all the changes that were required and tried to refile but when it wouldn't let me.

When I go to Step 3 (Get ready to save and file your returns), its telling me that my only option for 2020 California tax return is "Change" (There is "File Later" but its greyed out and I can't even click it).

And when I go to change, only option that I have is "I'm not ready to file" and when I click on save, it just takes me back to the same previous page.

Spent numerous hours trying to fix this but getting nowhere... please help.

This did not help. Its not letting me refile at all even after I made all the revisions. 

I talked with 3 specialists on the phone and they all couldnt fix the problem and said they will connect me to another specialist but the call got dropped. Been stuck on this for 2 weeks now
