California Tax Board claims they did not receive my e-file

Amended my 2020 tax return and e-filed it to California.  Turbotax shows that the return was accepted but the Franchise Tax Board of California claims they never received it.    How can I resend the amended return via turbo tax?  Just the State.

Sorry you can not efile a California Amended return.  See this post.  He called support and it may be available later.
