California state refund?

So I filed and accepted on the 7th of February..and it still says pending.  I'm curious if anyone else has recieved theres. I'm HOA, claiming eitc, addition child tax credit I believe. Does california hold the refunds like then irs is doing as well? I've been reviewed 2 years ago and had to wait 3 months for my refund as I had to submit so much proof. I hope I dont go through that again. can anyone give me a good timeframe?

I recommend going online to the Franchise Tax Board website as provided in the link below. 

You can track your refund or contact them in the link provided.  They will be able to give you the most recent information on the status of your return.
