I arrived at California in 2017 and left in 2019. Below are my answers for the residency information in California questions:
1. Did you become a California resident in 2019? >>No
2. Did you become a California nonresident in 2019? >>No
3. Were you a California nonresident during all of 2019? >>No
Are these answers correct?
And it seems there are bugs in the software-I wanted to choose "No", "No","No" for these 3 questions but when I "Smart check" California state tax, the system says there is an error about residency and when I went back to this question it's always auto-populated with the "Yes","Yes","No" answers... Why?

Having the same issue. I live in NV and have been resident for almost 5 years now and trying to figure out why unemployment income, HSA income are being added as CA income with no residency in CA.
Did you have any California source income? Note that even if you are self-employed but your customers are in California considers this to be California source income.
