California Franchise Tax Board

If I create an account on California’s Franchise Tax Board system, would I be able to track my state tax withholding through out the year? I am trying to decide if there is any benefit to create an account on California’s FTB system. For example, may I track my quarterly estimated payments or penalty payments made to the FTB?
