California 541-A (trust accumulation of charitable amounts)

Why does TT Business insist a trust return needs 541-A when no charitable donations have ever been made?  Only deductions used for the trust are property tax and tax return preparation.  This form wasn't required last year.  TT won't let me file until 541-A is updated.
