CA Tax Error after Filing

I'm using TurboTax desktop on a Mac, I was able to file my federal return and it was accepted. My California tax was not accepted and the error in turbotax says that it hasn't been updated due to ongoing updates, it says that the updates will be available until March 2, 2023. Why is this? I've never had this issue in past years.
