I filed my taxes with TurboTax on march 31st, 2020. A few days later, I am able to check my CA refund stats on the FTB site and it said processing. Now when I go and check it says "We are unable to provide your refund status online using the information you provided."
Any idea what is going on? I am worried there is an issue with my taxes.

I chatted with them and here is what they said. Just wanted to share the info
"That can happen when the return has completed processing and the refund is being processed to be issued"
We are currently unaware of any issues with the CA Franchise Tax Board in processing refunds. It is possible that there may be a general slowdown with their systems due to the wide-ranging impact from COVID-19. You can always contact them by phone or chat here.

Just to follow up on my last reply. The FTB agent was absolutely right. I woke up today and checked and sure enough, it went from processing to issued! 🙂
