I followed the instruction and tried to fix the issue. Then TurboxTax checked and said no error. I e-file it again and still got rejected by CA.

It's always the same error message. It's so frustrating. Not sure I understand the reason of "switching to mail": why is the mail can solve the rejection from e-file?
What CS number I can call to request the refund for CA e-file fee I already paid?

I am having the same problem. My EFile Federal has been accepted.
Today I got an email saying my California State Return EFile was rejected.
I opened TurboTax 2020 on my laptop and updated the software. I went to my return and there was nothing for me to change.
I resubmitted EFile and shortly after I got another email and text message that it was rejected.
I am not going to submit again until we can get an answer from Intuit.
Same thing happened to me. CA was rejected twice but I am not seeing what needs to be changed and review shows no errors! Frustrating!
I have the same problem. I did everything Turbo recommended to do and get my California tax return rejected again. Can someone from Turbo tax address this issue?

After following your directions, the fix to line 91 on form 540 has not been fixed.
We have used intuit turbo tax for years.

I'm having a rejection issue as well.
On 2/16 i got this as the reason for rejection

Checked TurboTax and they said it was an error on their part and it would be fixed on 2/18.
2/18 rolls around and i resubmit now I'm getting this error as reason for rejection:
CA-Return/CA-ReturnData/CAForm540NR/ISRPenalty/PaymentsAfterISRPenalty - Healthcare coverage information in the return is missing or invalid. Please double check your entries.
I've quadruple checked all my info and even waited 20 minutes to speak with someone, they were of no help and had the balls to ask me to upgrade to a more expensive version of TurboTax to see if it would help. This seems more like a bug on Intuits end than a user error.
I will try to call one more time, I know ill have to wait 20 minutes to talk to someone, if it doesnt get fixed or at least let me know what it going on, Intuit, you lost a customer.

Almost a year later, and no resolution for the issue and no one from TurboTax reach out. I'd say TurboTax is more interested in charging customers money than to provide real service to customers. A pathetic corp.
