I was getting that same message last week and so I changed the numbers myself manually and it let me file my taxes. But today I got an email from the state board that my state taxes have been rejected :( not the federal one thought. So I suggest everyone waits until this issue is fixed before filing period.

Don't change your numbers. The original software bug was a calculation error by turbotax. It has since been fixed. Your original numbers were correct.
