Being told to complete a federal carryover sheet despite having no numbers for anything it's asking for

Hello, I've tried searching through the forums for an answer to this but I can't seem to find one that's the situation I'm in

I wasn't sure if I needed to file my taxes or not this year since I've been on medical leave for pretty much the whole year, but i did make a little bit of money (around $200) so i decided to play it safe and just fill it out. This is the second time I've filled it out alone and the first time I haven't worked full time.

However, it is now telling me to fill out the carryover worksheet. I've never had to fill this out before, and every box that the worksheet wants me to check for a number in is blank. The same goes for checking specific lines in last year's tax return.

I don't exactly know what I'm supposed to do. The site won't let me continue without it, and the ONLY number on the entire form is the "total overpayment" from last year, and that's it. Is that what I need to enter on the form? I don't know what else to do. Any help would be appreciated.

I thought I may have accidentally clicked something wrong while filling something out (I didn't, it was all the same, but I did notice weird inconsistencies with some information as i was filling stuff out) as, like I said, I've never gotten this before. Should I skip filing the return in general since I had such a low income to avoid this?

$200 is below the filing threshold for anyone to file a federal return. Your state may have a filing requirement.

If you are using the  free version to get a refund, that makes sense. I don't believe the free version has the ability to ask such questions, it is a basic program.

You can clear and start over in the bottom left side, if you want to try again.
