Bar Code missing on Missouri returns

Why doesn't the Missouri State return download from Turbo Tax print the 2D bar code on the return to be mailed as it has in the past years? What can be done to correct this?

Once the forms are finalized, the bar code should be there. Please check forms availability here for an expected date.
