Audit with No Help from Turbotax

I just got audited and have the turbo tax audit protection but turbo tax won’t seem to help and i’m getting letters about interest

if you have audit protection, what year, and you don't contact TurboTax.They cannot help with tax issues since the return is "self-prepared" you should read the agreement as to what you are signing up for and who to contact if there's a problem
