As a new C-Corp (Delaware) that has office in Brooklyn, NY but did not sell/purchase/paid salaries, in addition to fed, which states do I need to file? NY,Delaware,NYC?

First, you need to use TT Business (not Home and Business) to prepare a C Corp return Form 1120.

Business is only available in desktop format, and then only for Windows.

Thanks, I did it. Now my question is what states do I need to download and submit. NY, Delaware or both?
