Arkansas Form AR K-1 FE

I received a separate Schedule K-1 form from my trust manager named AR K-1 FE.  The amount is different from the 1041 schedule K1.  I do not see the form available in the Arkansas tax section.  

How can I file this form AR K-1 FE ?
