Arizona Tax Deadline extension to May 17, 2021

Arizona recently extended the tax filing deadline to May 17, 2021 to align with the Federal government. I have already filed my state return and set the tax payment date in Turbotax Deluxe as April 15, 2021. How can I change this date to May 17, 2021 if the return has already been accepted by the state?

You will have to cancel your payment and then pay the taxes owed on or before 05/17/2021 on the AZTaxes.gov website - https://www.aztaxes.gov/Home/Page

Does the cancellation action you refer to occur within the Turbotax program or on the AzTaxes.gov website? Found the answer! Please delete the post.

The TurboTax program cannot be used to cancel a payment.  You need to use the Arizona website.
