Arizona allows a deduction for 529 plan contributions and I am not being prompted to enter information about my contributions. How do I enter this information?

Can I access the state forms to enter information manually?

After starting your Arizona state return it should ask you a few questions. One being about Arizona Municipal Interest, after you click continue, you get to this page:

Select "I have a qualified 529 plan or an ABLE account" and any others that apply select continue.

After answering your specific questions on this page it will bring you to the contribution page.
