Are you accepting New York State returns at this time?

Yes, we are accepting New York State returns and so are they.

The New York Department of Revenue did an update to their website over the weekend, so processing tax returns was delayed.

As of Monday morning, February 5, they appear to have returned to normal and ready to go.
