Mine was saying received 01/23/2016 and still have this message on there. No clue what's up as I have called last three weeks and same run around. "It's still processing ".

Per PA, allow 8-10 weeks for processing.

So that was Monday now its Wednesday morning and I checked and the message changed again already to... Your return was received and information is currently being updated to your account. Please allow 8 to 10 weeks from today to receive your refund. If you need additional information, please call 717-787-8201 and a representative will help you. So im hoping the 8-10 weeks is in general and its about to be approved for payment here in the next week. I've already waited just over 7 weeks since they put my requested paperwork into the system, which that took 5 weeks on top of it.

It means that they need more information. They are difficult to get a hold of but start calling your local office to see what they need. We are still waiting for our refund, and actually didn't get a letter til March 24th 2016 after filing 01/23/2016. We faxed the additional information April 4th 2016 and still have to call weekly to see whats going on? As of 06/22/2016 is states that our refund was processed but not yet mailed/deposited. Please allow 4-6 weeks for it to be received.
 Its a real mess when they say that there is more info needed because you go back to the bottom of the list to be processed for approval depending on when they receive the additional information.

 This is what I finally got after it saying 4 to 6 weeks then 8 to 10 now this.. I got my federal income tax right away but PA has been taking forever..  Your Personal Income Tax return has been processed as originally filed. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive your refund. If you do not receive your refund within 4 to 6 weeks, please call [phone number removed] to speak with one of our representatives.
